BUYER INFORMATION: Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for determining the suitability of their product for use with or in the products sold here. Dyes and colorings require a UN-DOT rated pail as they have a tendency to leach out of non rated pails with lids. Buyer must know their product and understand the specifications or ratings required of packaging their prodcut for interstate shipping. Seller is not giving and specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation allow warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for damage in the nature of a penalty.
Q:How is shipping figured?
A: Shipping is always figured using the most economical method available. Shipping is based on dimensional weight and is out of our control. Please keep in mind that buckets are not small items and the meidian average full box weight is around 30lbs.
When shipping skid quantities the shipping addres should be commercial with a dock and/or forklift for receiving pallets to keep costs as low as possible.
Q: I already have buckets, can I just buy lids?
A: Pails and Lids are manufactured to fit each other, therefore buying lids and pails from different manufacturers will not work 90% of the time.
We will gladly sell you only lids, but, if you have not purchased pails from us previously there is a strict no return policy on the lids.
